It's 2024 and AI is everywhere, at the begning some people were exeptical about it but at this point you have to been living under a rock if you haven't try at least ChatGPT, but you're here because you want apply AI to your company and I'll try to layout a step by step guide. Why me, because I successfully did that my company, we are in healthcare and believe me nobody has it harder than the healthcare system, there're a lot of regulations and data can't leave your servers.

So with no further a do, here we go

1. Define what you want.

If you only want to throw some AI here and there because you don't want to miss the wave, then you don't need to develop anything, buy chatGPT for everyone in the company, GitHub Copilot for your developers and done! you're using AI now!

Now if what you want is to really laverage AI, this first step is the most important one, as a part of your company you need to look for problems, and most of them don{t need AI to be solved, but some o them do, for example:
